This Facial is FABULOUS 😌

As I turn another year older, the search for a great skin care product becomes greater. Ladies, you know what I am talking about. Who wouldn’t want to improve/shrink any wrinkles they may have especially in their most prized possession…..their face.  I know I do and if I find something that does just that, I am ranting and raving about it. So, when I popular facial came on the market, I knew I needed to try it. I mean, all the celebrities like Drew Barrymore, Snooki and Kim K were using it and lovin’ the results, so I wanted in. But, I was a little hesitant and skeptical because let’s face it, the celebrities using this product already had flawless skin, so was it just this facial that made their skin glow that much more or was it something else? I don’t know but I had to see for myself, so I went for it. 

Cue in the BEST FACIAL I have ever used…..Hanacure. Yup, that’s right. I know you prob have heard about them all over celebrities insta pages and in beauty magazines. I mean, if they do what they say they do, well then damn, it could be the next best thing since sliced bread. So I typed https://www.hanacure.com/ in my search engine to see what all the hype was about. I opted to purchase the ‘All in One Starter’ Kit for $29 to see if I really liked this product. A good way to test something out before a full on commitment. Plus, I didn’t want to splurge on a bigger package just in case my skin had a negative reaction to the ingredients. I received my starter kit and was ready to see what all the talk was about. 

I never have sugar coated anything and I’m not gonna start here. Based on the reviews and what the celebs were saying during the application of this product, I’m not gonna lie….I was a little scared, because you can legit feel your skin tightening to the point where you can’t move your mouth. With each minute that passes, the grips of the facial got tighter. So, even after receiving the product, it took me a week to actually give it a try for this sole fact. But, once I tried it, I was in love and all fear was gone. 

First off, I have to talk about the packaging. It is consumer friendly ya’ll.  I love when you don’t have struggle to get your item due to poor packaging. Right off the bat, I was impressed with how everything was neatly packed in the modern sleek box. There is a little thin pull out booklet which describes how to set up & apply in step by step detail with super easy instructions. It also tells you what you can expect when applying this product so you won’t get any surprises during the ‘lifting’ process. 

What else is in the starter kit box?

1. A small ampoule of ‘octolift’  liquid. (This is what causes the tightening in your face.)
2. A tiny pouch of the ‘octolift solution’ which is like a gel like substance. 
3. An easy, glide on, applicator brush that can be used multiple times so don’t throw away!
4. And of course, your patiently anticipated excitement once you see the amazing results after one use!

Ok, so let’s talk setup…..

There is very little ‘mixing’ on the buyer’s part….literally just open up the small pouch 1/2 way that holds the gel like substance, pour the ampoule of ‘octolift’ liquid inside, put back the cover of the pouch and shake for a few seconds. Open up the pouch & voilá! Set up is done. Now for the application. 

Application…..

With your Hanacure applicator brush in one hand and your newfound confidence in the other, apply the gel like solution  all over your face (avoid putting on your lips) & neck, & sparingly under the eyes (avoid direct contact with the eyes & using on the lids). After fully applying to those areas, if you have any extra gel solution, you can put it on the backs of your hands which will leave them feeling super soft. Leave the facial on (and product on hands) for 20+ minutes or wait until gel dries completely. Wash off with warm water. I will say that you would think it would be sticky or tacky to rinse off and you might have to scrub your face to release the substance, but it is not like that at all. Super easy rinse off.

What to expect during the waiting process…..

At around the 10 minute mark, you will feel your skin ‘lifting’ with slight tingling. The tightening gets really intense around 15 minutes. Warning, don’t try to drink, talk, actually do anything, with your mouth at this point. You won’t be able too lol. Ok, here’s where it gets real ya’ll. You will look like you aged 50 years and downright creepy looking, but this is all normal during the tightening process.

Right after the 15 minute mark, you literally will not be able to move your face AT ALL. It must be working!!! At the 20 minute mark, it will feel a little itchy but I think that is just a side effect for it actually working its magic. The tightening subsides (hallelujah!) after about 20-22 minutes but you will still feel it lifting and doing its thang. At the 30 minute mark, it has completely dried and is time to rinse this baby off to see the results!

Once you rinse the solution off, you will notice your face might be a little red which is totally normal. The redness will dissipate after about an 1-1 1/2 hours so I suggest NOT doing this on a night you have something planned unless you give yourself ample time for the redness to fade. Plus, I wouldn’t want to clog my pores with makeup and skincare products right after doing this facial, just my opinion. Since I have sensitive skin, I thought my face would legit look like a lobster post rinse.  I was a little blotchy on my neck and forehead but not as red as I was expecting. 

The results……

W O W. I noticed right away that my face (and backs of hands) were left super super soft!! I also noticed that my pesky little wrinkles on my neck and forehead were decreased drastically. Was this a miracle worker or what!?! I was hooked. If these were the result I was getting after one use, just imagine if I did this facial once a month? Yup, I needed some more of this in my life ASAP.  Honestly, the whole process was super easy and was not as bad as I thought. I absolutely loved the results so much that I ended up purchasing the ‘All-In-One-Facial’ Set https://www.hanacure.com/products/the-all-in-one-facial-set for $110 dollars which to me was worth every penny especially when that set had over 10,000 five star reviews making the purchase that more enticing. In addition to this set, I also decided to splurge and grab the ‘Nano Emulsion’, a lightweight, super hydrating, moisturizer ‘designed to improve the appearance of your skin’s tone and texture.’ I also purchased the ‘Microphol Neutralizing Cleanser’. With the facial, the cleanser and moisturizing combo, my skin thanks me tremendously and best part, it’s never looked better!!
